I would say the biggest difference between being a vtuber on Twitter vs being a Vtuber on here is that like

theres been a lot of very good analysis about why furries are treated weirdly (too many factors to name but sex negative rhetoric and transphobia are large contributors) but honestly i just think that if you hate earnest self-expression because it's "cringe" you fucking suck, independently of that other shit. like if you're big mad that people are having fun in a way that's "too weird" you probably aren't a chill person to be around!

im not a furry and i don't really spend time in the community, but nobody's been more excited to see me being "cringe" than the furry artists I know, you know? weirdly, if you're in a community that centers around being unusual and whimsical in self expression, you're probably going to be very supportive of people doing unusual shit!
